Summer Self-Defense Workshops!

We are going to be hosting another round of our popular three-part children's self-defense series in August! This is appropriate for ages 4 though older teen, and is also beneficial for caregivers and adults in general. Feel free to share, or sign up your own family! We'd love to see you there!
